Making the Draw for Cup Matches.
Cup Rule 4:
Captains will number their cards 1 to 8 randomly. 1 to 4 will be first half, 5 to 8 will be second half. Each teams corresponding number will play each other. This will be the draw for the match.

The Qualifying round will be Tuesday 9th September 6.30pm Start.
Entry is £3
Hopefully we can fill it again maximum 64 (8 players at each venue)
The Finals night on Tuesday 16th September at Pilling RR 6.30pm Start.

Presidents Day Results.
Congratulations to Gary Daw(Owd Nells TF) who won Presidents Day beating Dawn Benn(nateby A) 21-11 in the Final.

Garstang v Crown.
on Sunday June 1st to celebrate the 100 year Anniversary of a match between the 2 clubs a special meeting was arranged at Subscription’s green. Despite showery weather the clubs rivalry and sportsmanship showed through Crown winning on aggregate. Chairman Tom Rickerby and Vice Chair Victoria supported the day and presented the Trophy to the Crown Captain. The new trophy is brilliant and should be showed off. Congratulation to Garstang President John Edmondson and his supporting members, sporting rivalry at its best Very Well Done

Message from the Chairman and Vice Chair.
So off we go,the season starts,the green keepers are happy,knockouts are busy and the jostling for league points begins.The Sec and Treasurer have got everything in place for a successful season and so it is our intention to hold only one (1) formal league meeting during the season. Sec/Gary will organise this and inform members Date ,Time and Venue.It will be towards the end of Summer and will be to update progress etc on Competitions,Presidents Day and AGM....No surprises please.just play and enjoy.TAR
